Olyndra London is committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find details on how we handle shipping and returns.
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow time for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.
It takes 1 to 3 Business Days to process and ship your order after you place it.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Shipping and Delivery usually takes 3-7 Business Days after we processed it. If your product is low on stock, it can be delayed by an extra 2 to 3 Business Days.
Rest assured, we are doing our best to get your order delivered as fast as possible.
Orders are fulfilled through logistics partners such as 4PX, Yun, Yodel and Royal Mail, to ensure reliable delivery to the UK and Ireland. Shipping is free.
Due to exceptionally high demand, the Remy Quilted Jacket is currently experiencing a short delay. We expect orders including this item to ship by 17th February. Second round of shipments will be sent by 21st February and we will be in touch with all affected customers directly.
In addition, a small number of other high-demand products are currently on back order due to limited stock availability. Most orders from 14th-18th February will fall into this category. These orders are expected to ship between 21st–24th February. Our logistics team is closely monitoring this and will keep customers informed with regular updates.
You can expect to hear from us within 2–3 days to ensure communication remains prompt and transparent. Please note that once this update period has passed, orders cannot be cancelled in line with our policy, as processing will already be underway.
All other deliveries will continue as normal.
Returns
We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. If you'd like to return your item, please contact us before 15 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
To ensure your return reaches us safely and is eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that all returns are sent via international Royal Mail tracked after receiving the details from us, which helps protect both you and us from delays or lost parcels, and ensures we can process your return promptly once the item is received and passes inspection.
Please note:
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
- We’re happy to accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering, as most orders are quickly processed and on their way shortly after.
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and passes a brief quality check.
